I love my iPad Pro, but the consistent pain point I’ve had with it is being able to find a nice multi angle case for it. There are only two that I’ve tried that I’ve liked. Instagram - Twitter - Email - diondvp@ If you’ve seen my iPad Air 5 review, you will know that enjoy using everyday and thanks to that thin and light design I like to take it with me on the go. However the thin design of the iPad Air does need some protection, epically when travelling. This is where the Smart Folio from Apple comes in, I have the Millard green version here. This folio not only adds front and back protection but also works as a stand and is so easy to use, I consider it a must-have accessory for the iPad Air 5. The smart folio comes in 8 colours, including more low key black and Deep Navy. I typically go for the darker colours but this time wanted to try something new, so choose the Millar Green. The Smart Folio for iPad Air 5 comes in at $79 or £79. The Smart Folio uses an array of magnets to attach to the iPad. So all you have to do is simply drop it into place and the folio will atomically attach and align itself to the iPad. The magnets are definitely strong and easily hold up the iPad. The folio protects the front and back of the iPad Air. The insides are lined with this soft microfibre. On the outside the Smart Folio has this silicone texture that provides some grip when holding onto the iPad. It can show finger prints but can be wiped off with a damp cloth. The screen cover portion can be folded back into a triangle, like so. The smart folio then becomes a stand for your iPad. You can place it in two positions. Up for watching videos. Down for tabletop mode, or better typing. This just makes the iPad more enjoyable to use. Unlike most cases, the smart folio adds basically no bulk to the iPad, so is super comfortable to hold. Being able to quickly stand up and reposition the iPad is fantastic. All things considered, from the range of colours to the structural and scratch protection that it provides to the added functionalities of being a stand, I think this is worth the price and if you have an iPad Air, or Pro or plan to buy one, I would defiantly considering picking up a smart folio to go along with it! While waiting for all the products to arrive I watched tons of iPad unboxing videos because I was way too excited about the arrival of mine. I personally enjoyed the chill, relaxing unboxing videos so I decided to make one of my own.
