Вроде и пятилетняя гарантия, и бренд Seagate — достойный, и даже тот самый SSD-буфер сделали на дорогой и быстрой MLC памяти, но подкачала механическая часть (и, возможно, слишком маленький объём буфера). Не в плане надежности, с ней-то, думаю, всё будет хорошо, а в плане производительности. Модель на 500 ГБ оснащена одной пластиной (в этой серии есть ещё модели на 1ТБ и на 2ТБ, и вот в последней пластин точно две), которая крутится не спеша — 5400 об/мин. В итоге, я четыре дня пробаловался с гибридным диском, но никакого заметного ускорения от его SSD-части так и не ощутил, зато медлительность механической части почувствовал.
