Brand new computer 1month old. This machine did not display BIOS menu at all since day one. I need to setup VM ware, so I contacted HP support. HP procedure was followed to reset CMOS, as a result, I get a reboot loop. checked memory sticks, graphic cards re-seat them multiple times. I will need to go to local HP partner shops to use my warranty. HP PRODESK is not very impressive probably will never buy HP again.

Learn how to remove and replace the expansion cards for HP ProDesk 680, 600 G5 MT and HP ProDesk 680 G4 MT. More support options for your HP device are available at Follow these steps to remove and replace the expansion cards for HP ProDesk 680, 600 G5 MT and HP ProDesk 680 G4 MT: - To remove the expansion card if present in the unit, first remove the access panel and the drives cage. - Lift the latch for the expansion cards retaining bracket and swing the bracket out. - If removing a graphics card from the PCIx16 slot, detach the serial PS2 module connector from the motherboard (if installed in the unit) and the hood sensor cable from the motherboard and clear them from the card area. - Press down on the latch for the PCIx16 slot on the motherboard if removing a card from the PCIx16 slot. - Carefully pull out the expansion card. - To replace an expansion card, carefully align and push the card into its slot on the motherboard until it is fully seated. - Replace the hood sensor and serial PS2 module connectors (if installed in the unit) to the motherboard if they were removed to service the graphics card. - Rotate the expansion cards retaining bracket back into place to secure the card. Caution: Improperly installing or replacing parts could damage your HP device or void your warranty. Before replacing any parts, check your warranty.
