В свое время привыкли пользоваться Bluetooth-гарнитурой Plantronics Voyager 5200. И все было хорошо. До недавнего времени. Потом случился какой-то "WTF" и теперь придется искать какую-то другою модель или даже менять производителя. Мы не "обзорщики", но предупредить вас и рассказать о своём опыте решили. Пишите, кто еще сталкивался с подобным и какое решение приняли?

Привет друзья. Я занимаюсь продажами и много разговариваю по телефону, перепробовал очень много bluetooth-гарнитур, потому что искал гарнитуру c идеальным качеством передаваемого голоса. Из огромного количества протестированных гарнитур, мне понравились только две. Это: Jabra Boost и Plantronics Voyager 5200. Для начала кратко расскажу, чем понравилась Jabra и почему не использую ее постоянно. У этой гарнитуры, очень долгое время работы, длительность разговора до 9 часов. Гарнитура хорошо держится, при этом легко снимается-вставляется, крепление компактное и очень удобное. Можно целый день с ней сидеть не испытывая дискомфорта. Собеседника Вам слышно просто идеально, громко, четко, никаких посторонних шумов или искажений. Вас собеседнику слышно более-менее неплохо, но к сожалению - не всегда… Иногда клиенты жаловались, что слышно, как будто разговариваешь по «громкой связи». То есть это неплохой вариант, если Вам нужна гарнитура для автомобиля, или когда по работе руки заняты или грязные и нужна возможность принять звонок, но не для постоянных телефонных разговоров. Это вариант для тех, у кого разговоры типа: - Ты где? / - Когда будешь? Но, это вариант не для важных разговоров, когда нужно чтобы тебя слышали идеально. Так как я делаю много звонков, для меня было недопустимо, чтобы собеседнику приходилось прислушиваться, это снижает эффективность звонков, многие из тех, кто что-то не расслышал, не будут переспрашивать. Получается, что на звонок ты время потратил, а эффективность нулевая. Поэтому я решил ее заменить и нашел для себя идеальную гарнитуру. Мой кумир — это Плантроникс Вояджер 5200 – это просто идеальная гарнитура во всех смыслах. Из бюджетных – это одна из самых дорогих Bluetooth гарнитур, дороже только специальные гарнитуры для колл-центров, но она отрабатывает каждую копейку заплаченных за нее. Когда я ее покупал практически не было тестов этой гарнитуры, были обзоры на подобии: - здесь такая кнопочка, - гарнитура в такой коробочке и т.д. Для человека, кто покупает такую гарнитуру – это малополезная информация, поэтому я решил снять это видео, чтобы, во-первых, посоветовать Вам ее и записать через нее звук, чтобы Вы оценили качество. Весь звук в ролике записан через нее. Итак надеюсь, Вы сами услышали и убедились в качестве звука, передаваемого гарнитурой. И если ищите гарнитуру для качественной передачи речи – не пожалейте денег и купите ее. При этом слышимость отличная в любых условиях, у меня в офисе постоянно играет музыка в колонках, довольно громко и это абсолютно не мешает разговаривать. Музыку практически не слышно, а голос слышно идеально. Я за все время, в надежде найти качественную гарнитуру, потратил денег в несколько раз больше, чем она стоит. Надеюсь, что этот обор поможет Вам сохранить Ваши деньги и сделать правильный выбор. Хотел бы обратить Ваше внимание, что на рынке много подделок из Китая – про качество таких гарнитур Вы сами можете догадываться, поэтому покупайте у официальных представителей или надежных магазинах. WOW, this is an amazing headset, worth every penny. - Voyager 5200 Buy it at Amazon Charging Case: It's expensive as far as headsets go, but I don't even want to talk on the phone unless I'm using this. So much freedom compared to holding the phone to the ear. I bought a knock off of it, by company Sharecomm and it doesn't even compare, but was 30% of the cost. Noise cancellation technology is excellent. Microphone is excellent, Speaker is excellent. The Bad, still doesn't fit well with glasses, bothers me to have it on the whole time. Without glasses you don't even feel it's there. Bluetooth range is ok, wish it was a bit better, cut's out at 30 feet. Saying answer answers calls, now that's great.
