Технология UV DTF печати Инновационная технология UV DTF печати представляет собой совмещение двух популярных методов печати: UV LED и DTF. UV LED (УФ) обеспечивает прямую печать на различных материалах, после чего чернила полимеризуются с помощью LED-ламп. С другой стороны, DTF-технология позволяет наносить изображения на специальную пленку и затем осуществлять их термоперенос на текстиль и другие поверхности. Для использования технологии UV DTF требуется UV LED принтер - рулонный или планшетный вариант. В случае планшетного принтера, необходимо наличие вакуумного прижима материалов к столу. Также необходимо устройство для горячего ламинирования - рулонное или пакетное, в зависимости от выбранного принтера. Ключевое требование к ламинатору - наличие регулятора температуры, позволяющего пользователю задавать и контролировать диапазон от 80 до 100°C. Обычно рулонные принтеры для UV DTF уже оснащены встроенным ламинатором, встроенным прямо в корпус принтера. Для UV DTF печати требуются специальные расходные материалы: универсальные чернила UV DTF и различные типы пленок, включая тип А и тип В. Универсальные чернила UV DTF позволяют осуществлять печать как на поверхности непосредственно (с использованием UV LED), так и на пленке для дальнейшего переноса (с использованием UV DTF). Это возможно благодаря тому, что наши принтеры имеют максимальную высоту подъема головок над печатным столом в 18 см. Универсальные чернила доступны в цветовой схеме CMYK + White. Процесс нанесения изображения на изделие с использованием планшетного принтера: 1. Получаем листы пленки типа А и снимаем защитный слой с них. 2. Размещаем пленку на печатном столе так, чтобы клеевой слой был сверху. 3. Печатаем изображение на клеевой стороне пленки типа А. 4. С помощью горячего пакетного ламинатора ламинируем пленку типа А с пленкой типа В, соединяя их вместе. 5. Вырезаем напечатанное изображение из пленки, обращая внимание, чтобы не выходить за его край, можно сделать это вручную или с помощью плоттера. 6. Очищаем ту часть изделия, на которую планируем перенести изображение, от жиров и грязи. 7. Отделяем пленку типа А, оставляя изображение с клейким слоем на пленке типа В. 8. Прижимаем пленку типа В к изделию, разглаживая и фиксируя ее. 9. Изображение, напечатанное на пленке типа А, остается на поверхности изделия. Этапы нанесения изображения на изделия с использованием рулонного принтера на технологии UV DTF: 1. Устанавливаем рулон пленки типа А в принтер. 2. Частично снимаем защитную пленку с пленки типа А и загружаем ее в подмотчик принтера так, чтобы клеевая сторона была направлена к печати. 3. Устанавливаем рулон пленки типа В во встроенный ламинатор принтера. 4. Совмещаем пленку типа А с пленкой типа В и загружаем их в принтер. 5. Печатаем изображение на клеевой стороне пленки типа А. 6. После печати плёнка проходит ламинирование с применением встроенного ламинатора. 7. Получаем запечатанный рулон пленки на подмотчике принтера. 8. Вырезаем напечатанное изображение без выхода за его край, используя плоттер или выполнить ручной вырез. 9. Обезжириваем область на изделии, куда планируем перенести изображение. 10. Отклеиваем пленку типа А, оставляя изображение с клеевым слоем на пленке типа В. 11. Прижимаем пленку типа В к изделию, разглаживаем, а затем снимаем ее. 12. Напечатанное изображение остается на изделии. Технология UV DTF печати предоставляет возможность персонализации и брендирования различной продукции, такой как сувениры, рекламные изделия, награды, интерьерные элементы, шильды, этикетки, штрих-коды и многое другое. Она позволяет наносить изображения на поверхности из различных материалов, включая стекло, керамику, пластик, металл, дерево, кожу и др. Преимущества и возможности UV DTF печати: 1. Возможность наносить изображения на различные материалы. 2. Использование универсальных чернил UV DTF, позволяющих использовать принтер и для прямой UV LED, и для UV DTF печати. 3. Возможность переноса изображений на твердые и гибкие материалы, а также на изделия сложной формы. 4. Печать на крупногабаритных предметах, на которых невозможна прямая печать. 5. Высокая степень сцепления с поверхностью и стойкость к механическим воздействиям и ультрафиолету, аналогичные свойствам прямой UV печати. 6. Отсутствие необходимости нанесения специального покрытия на изделие. 7. Себестоимость печати не зависит от тиража.

Технология UV DTF печати Инновационная технология UV DTF печати представляет собой совмещение двух популярных методов печати: UV LED и DTF. UV LED (УФ) обеспечивает прямую печать на различных материалах, после чего чернила полимеризуются с помощью LED-ламп. С другой стороны, DTF-технология позволяет наносить изображения на специальную пленку и затем осуществлять их термоперенос на текстиль и другие поверхности. Для использования технологии UV DTF требуется UV LED принтер - рулонный или планшетный вариант. В случае планшетного принтера, необходимо наличие вакуумного прижима материалов к столу. Также необходимо устройство для горячего ламинирования - рулонное или пакетное, в зависимости от выбранного принтера. Ключевое требование к ламинатору - наличие регулятора температуры, позволяющего пользователю задавать и контролировать диапазон от 80 до 100°C. Обычно рулонные принтеры для UV DTF уже оснащены встроенным ламинатором, встроенным прямо в корпус принтера. Для UV DTF печати требуются специальные расходные материалы: универсальные чернила UV DTF и различные типы пленок, включая тип А и тип В. Универсальные чернила UV DTF позволяют осуществлять печать как на поверхности непосредственно (с использованием UV LED), так и на пленке для дальнейшего переноса (с использованием UV DTF). Это возможно благодаря тому, что наши принтеры имеют максимальную высоту подъема головок над печатным столом в 18 см. Универсальные чернила доступны в цветовой схеме CMYK + White. Процесс нанесения изображения на изделие с использованием планшетного принтера: 1. Получаем листы пленки типа А и снимаем защитный слой с них. 2. Размещаем пленку на печатном столе так, чтобы клеевой слой был сверху. 3. Печатаем изображение на клеевой стороне пленки типа А. 4. С помощью горячего пакетного ламинатора ламинируем пленку типа А с пленкой типа В, соединяя их вместе. 5. Вырезаем напечатанное изображение из пленки, обращая внимание, чтобы не выходить за его край, можно сделать это вручную или с помощью плоттера. 6. Очищаем ту часть изделия, на которую планируем перенести изображение, от жиров и грязи. 7. Отделяем пленку типа А, оставляя изображение с клейким слоем на пленке типа В. 8. Прижимаем пленку типа В к изделию, разглаживая и фиксируя ее. 9. Изображение, напечатанное на пленке типа А, остается на поверхности изделия. Этапы нанесения изображения на изделия с использованием рулонного принтера на технологии UV DTF: 1. Устанавливаем рулон пленки типа А в принтер. 2. Частично снимаем защитную пленку с пленки типа А и загружаем ее в подмотчик принтера так, чтобы клеевая сторона была направлена к печати. 3. Устанавливаем рулон пленки типа В во встроенный ламинатор принтера. 4. Совмещаем пленку типа А с пленкой типа В и загружаем их в принтер. 5. Печатаем изображение на клеевой стороне пленки типа А. 6. После печати плёнка проходит ламинирование с применением встроенного ламинатора. 7. Получаем запечатанный рулон пленки на подмотчике принтера. 8. Вырезаем напечатанное изображение без выхода за его край, используя плоттер или выполнить ручной вырез. 9. Обезжириваем область на изделии, куда планируем перенести изображение. 10. Отклеиваем пленку типа А, оставляя изображение с клеевым слоем на пленке типа В. 11. Прижимаем пленку типа В к изделию, разглаживаем, а затем снимаем ее. 12. Напечатанное изображение остается на изделии. Технология UV DTF печати предоставляет возможность персонализации и брендирования различной продукции, такой как сувениры, рекламные изделия, награды, интерьерные элементы, шильды, этикетки, штрих-коды и многое другое. Она позволяет наносить изображения на поверхности из различных материалов, включая стекло, керамику, пластик, металл, дерево, кожу и др. Преимущества и возможности UV DTF печати: 1. Возможность наносить изображения на различные материалы. 2. Использование универсальных чернил UV DTF, позволяющих использовать принтер и для прямой UV LED, и для UV DTF печати. 3. Возможность переноса изображений на твердые и гибкие материалы, а также на изделия сложной формы. 4. Печать на крупногабаритных предметах, на которых невозможна прямая печать. 5. Высокая степень сцепления с поверхностью и стойкость к механическим воздействиям и ультрафиолету, аналогичные свойствам прямой UV печати. 6. Отсутствие необходимости нанесения специального покрытия на изделие. 7. Себестоимость печати не зависит от тиража.
