Поговорим по разнице между LiFePo4 и GEL батареях. Сегодня хотим познакомить вас с интересным предложением на рынке, Литий-железо-фосфатными батареями аккумуляторными батареями на примере АКБ от торговой марки RUCELF. Литий-железо-фосфатные батареи, ещё достаточно дороги, но их продажи, с каждым месяцем, растут. Ведь если вам нужна аккумуляторная батарея, с большим количеством циклов заряда разряда, и продолжительным сроком службы, то преимущество литий-железо-фосфатных батарей перед свинцовыми, гелевыми и AGM очевидно. Средняя по качеству свинцово-кислотная батарея (пусть это будет AGM, или гелевая) Как правило, не выдержит, более чем 300 - 400 циклов глубокого разряда. И по сроку службы, вряд ли, она будет у вас служить более четырёх, максимум пяти лет. Вес гелевой аккумуляторной батареи, с ёмкостью 100 Ач, будет составлять около 29 -30 кг. Для сравнения, если мы возьмём Литий-железо-фосфатный аккумулятор, количество циклов глубокого разряда, будет составлять, около 2000, что само собой, уже в 5-6 раз выше чем у гелевой Батареи. Срок службы Литий-железо-фосфатной батареи составляет около 10 лет. Ну и конечно же вес: Литий-железо-фосфатная батарея с ёмкостью 100 Ач, будет весить около 13 кг, что почти в три раза меньше чем гелевая! Но есть конечно и ложка дёгтя в этой ситуации, и это цена. Стоимость Литий-железо-фосфатной батарей, примерно в два с лишним раза выше чем у аналогичной гелевой. В каких же ситуациях, имеет смысл выбрать Литий-железо-фосфатную батарею, а не свинцово-кислотную? А это случаи, когда вам важен или вес аккумуляторной батареи, чтобы он был не большой, или высокое количество циклов, или же если нужно и то и другое. Это могут быть солнечное системы, или при использовании такой батареи для лодочного электро- мотора, для охоты и рыбалки, для выносной торговли, мобильных мастерских, для ИБП на объектах с частыми отключениями. Вот здесь, будет иметь смысл приобрести именно Литий-железо-фосфатную батарею. Торговая марка RUCELF, уже более 10 лет, представлена на рынке силового оборудования Украины. На данный момент На рынке Украины доступны три модели литий-ионных аккумуляторов формате 18650, и две модели Литий-железо-фосфатных аккумулятор ёмкостью 50 и 100 Ач. Литий-железо-фосфатные аккумуляторы собраны в пластиковых корпусах, из ячеек, с обязательным применением BMS контроллера. BMS- Контроллер является устройством защиты, которое не позволит заряжать батарею не нормативным напряжением и током, А также, не позволит разрядить батарею, до того состояния, когда это может навредить аккумулятору. Аккумуляторная батарея Rucelf LIP-12.8 50Ah BMS 15A/45A рассчитана на ток заряда до 15А, продолжительный ток разряда - до 45А, пиковый ток разряда 90А. Ограниченный контроллером BMS ток разряда в 45А позволит подключать к батарее продолжительную нагрузку до 550 Вт. Масса батареи около 6 кг, габариты 22\16\16,5 см. Корпус имеет удобную ручку. Батарея компактная, легкая, и очень удобна для мобильного использования. Аккумуляторная батарея Rucelf LIP-12.8 100Ah BMS 30A/80A DISPLAY рассчитана на ток заряда до 30-40А, продолжительный ток разряда - до 80А, пиковый ток разряда 160А. Ограниченный контроллером BMS ток разряда в 80А позволит подключать к батарее продолжительную нагрузку до 960 Вт. Масса батареи около 13 кг, габариты 33\17\22 см. Корпус так же, имеет удобную ручку. Батарея легкая, и очень удобна для мобильного использования. Отличительной особенностью этой батареи, является наличие встроенного в корпус дисплея, который может показывать напряжение на батарее, температуру, а также примерный уровень остаточного заряда, что является очень удобным в процессе эксплуатации. Ведь согласитесь, не очень приятно будет далеко заплыть на лодочном электро моторе, и не рассчитав остаток заряда, вернуться оттуда уже на веслах… Из всего сказанного выше, в принципе понятно, что преимущества Литий-железо-фосфатной технологии, неоспоримы, но будут особенно уместны там, где есть активное использование аккумуляторных батарей. А так же там, где вес батареи имеет критичное значение. In this video, I again explore the depths of the marketing machine in the lithium battery industry. This is not a one company issue... there are bad claims and comparisons made by many companies.
