It wasn't simple as initially expected Possible Solutions : 1. Clean the laser lens. (See Usermanual for detailed information) 2. Check the surface of the OPC Drum, clean if necessary 3. Replace Toner Cartridge Watch the whole Video as it will be useful. However I finally fixed my line issue by Removing the Transfer belt, cleaning the drums and all the wipers. I remembered that I didn't replace the clutches on my C6500 so I ordered a clutch for paper feeding and for the ADU. I probably should have just bought the 200K PM kit (DC651PM200) and replaced all of the parts supplied in the kit, which includes this roller. Oh well. В данном видео я расскажу как можно воссстановить поверхность ролика захвата на Konica-Minolta методом нарезки протектора, Этот метод подойдёт тем у кого есть лазерный гравёр с поворотным устройством. В моем случае поворотное устройство самодельное, оно очень простое и такое устройство может повторить каждый кто знает устройство лазера и механики. I'm upgrading the Mini Lathes drive and electric at the moment. For the new motor I bought a pulley which I thought will fit to the old tooth belt. But it doesn't and instead the new drive runs incredible rough and rattles crazily. For this reason I planned to change the drive to Poly-V belt and pulleys as they run naturally smoother than tooth belts. It isn't that easy to find the Poly-V belts in this small sizes. First I preferred the smallest profile PH but this isn't available in the right size so I had to change to the next bigger PJ profile. For this I had to make two pulleys which I show in this video. In this video, you'll learn how to fully install a Boardnamics Idler Belt Drive onto an electric skateboard. The Boardnamics Idler drive is one of the best budget belt drives on the market, and offers a really solid setup, with good adjustability and great durability. I've personally run one of these exact setups on my daily driver board for over 2000 miles, so I have a lot of faith in this drive's design and durability. There are a lot of small parts to assemble in this drive, so make sure to pay close attention to the order of steps and where each part goes. Loctite is essential in the setup and function of this drivetrain. There are several places where I highly recommend the use of red Loctite (263 or 262), namely, hanger axles and adapters on the pulleys. Most of the other screws in the setup can utilize blue Loctite. After setting up the belt drive setting the idler tension is important as well. This will depend a lot on your pulley setup, how long your belts are, and how tight you want to run the belt. On an idler setup, you can typically run the belts a little bit looser, since there is so much pulley and tooth engagement. I did say in the video that sometimes there is more resistance with idler drives than with non-idler, but that depends a lot about how tight you run them, and pulley size. You'll have to mess with it to get the right tension, but generally, you want the belt to give a little bit when you push on it, not "super tight." My belt and pulley setup for this client was 15T on the motor side, and 40T on the wheel side. This gives a decent amount of torque, and is one of my go-to setups. Very simple repair here. Purchase the upper fixing roller (A0G6730411) and swap them. Have fun fixing your own printer/fusing unit. This roller also comes in the 2 million PM kit. That kit comes with all kinds of goodies! The cleaning web comes in the 750k PM kit, more of that in the near future. This same technique can be used for Konica Minolta bizhub PRO 1200P, 1051, 1250, 1052, 2250.

Today I'm renting a Penske cabover Truck with a liftgate and moving a digital press. I don't look forward to moving equipment, but it needs to be done from time to time. I typical bring, all my tools, dock plate, straps, pallet jack, pieces of wood cribbing, blankets. You never know what you will need.
