Very simple repair here. Purchase the upper fixing roller (A0G6730411) and swap them. Have fun fixing your own printer/fusing unit. This roller also comes in the 2 million PM kit. That kit comes with all kinds of goodies! The cleaning web comes in the 750k PM kit, more of that in the near future. This same technique can be used for Konica Minolta bizhub PRO 1200P, 1051, 1250, 1052, 2250.
