Doing some much needed maintenance on my Konica Minolta C6500. I go over the thought process of troubleshooting equipment. Logically thinking about what it happening and how I can make changes to solve the problem at hand. There are many parts to one operation. A paper feed problem could be anything from the rubber rollers touching your paper, gears, bearings, sensors, boards, motors. If you are unsure what is wrong it is best to start changing one thing at a time and observing what happens. You can do a lot with these little presses and I'll show you more of that in future videos. Just as long as COVID-19 doesn't shut me down completely.

Was a good first week. Konica c1070 ran all week. Changing the settings on the 1070 to show consumable details. Automatic Restart of Paper after reloading tray. Cleaned the laser on the 1200. Toner was building up on the one side and lowering the laser intensity. That charged the drum less and caused less toner to transfer to the paper.

It wasn't simple as initially expected Possible Solutions : 1. Clean the laser lens. (See Usermanual for detailed information) 2. Check the surface of the OPC Drum, clean if necessary 3. Replace Toner Cartridge Watch the whole Video as it will be useful. However I finally fixed my line issue by Removing the Transfer belt, cleaning the drums and all the wipers. I also cleaned the Laser Lens. A lot of what I'm learning regarding the Konica Minolta, I'm watching the how to videos created by 2 fantastic resources you should subscribe to.
