This is an alternative shorter film version on how to do- "QNAP TS-h973AX - RAM Upgrade Demo" I purchased the unit through on April 18th, 2021 & the 16GB Crucial memory separately a few days later through them as well. The actual demo runs for 5:41 minutes but you'll be able to easily exit/log-out @ the end of the demo as the end music credits commences w/ the triple color text on a plain black background. Hopefully you'll be able to cope w/ some background music & possibly the end music credits! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update info As this procedure is only usually done once, I made this as an alternative shorter documentary together w/out a music credits start, but has a background music & end credits. The info contained w/in this video is 5:41 mins & has an end credits which runs for 3:37 mins. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is what Craig Reid the Technical Manager for QNAP UK said after viewing the video! “Very good… I just struggled on and did it with my hands in positions I didn’t know they could bend to and managed it, but that certainly seems a bit easier!
