Добрый день дорогие друзья, в прошлом году эта компактная сумка для небольших камер сперва появилась на зарубежных площадках и цена её была около 100$, позже она начала подыматься до 180$, тогда и захотел приобрести себе эту сумку, но платить такие деньги не было желания. И вот недавно летом совершенно случайно увидел ее у нас на Розетке. В этом обзоре сумки LowePro M-Trakker HP120, я показал, что это довольно вместительная, хотя и маленькая сумка, в нее с легкостью входит камера и пару объективов, что и требуется многим фотолюбителям. По истечении времени, хочу сказать, что это лучшая сумка для камеры на каждый день, она не большая, но с легкостью вмещает набор фото любителя. По этому, я могу смело рекомендовать ее к покупке. Моя камера, купленная ещё в октябре 18 года, ещё без кофра, но зато, как видите, уже с блендой (отлично смотрится, не правда ли!?). Ну так вот, искал я значит кофр или сумку для фото под размер видеокамеры с блендой, ну и чтобы аксессуары некоторые в неё вмешались. Да, кстати, размеры данного кофра имеются разные и вы легко подберёте тот, что Вам необходим. На улице мне приходиться снимать редко, но тем не менее даже дома камера должна храниться в специальной сумке для фото с толстыми и мягкими стенками защищающими её от ударов. По моему я выбрал оптимальный вариант, так что давайте распаковывать. Ценник зависит от размера сумки и данный экземпляр обошёлся примерно в 12 американских рублей и добрался до России за 11 дней. Вот такая сумяра которая мне очень понравилась на фото на странице прода, а вот так она выглядит на самом деле. С виду достаточно вместительный кофр для фото оборудования с металлическими колечками, мощной ручкой. По бокам 2 кармана и ножки (что немаловажно). Даже есть лямки на ремень! Давайте откроем передний карман, вместительный карманчик на молнии для светофильтров или кабелей. Сверху двойная молния. Открываем крышку и видим ремешок с пластиковыми карабинами, но с металлическим хвостовиком на них. Ремешок чёткий, плотный и с резиновой наплечиной, для того чтобы не соскакивал с плеча. На крышке сумки тоже имеется сетчатый карман для карт памяти (может быть). Чётко, когда много кармашков. В комплекте есть дождевик, который одевается на сумку, в результате чего ни сумка, ни камера не промокнут. Имеется липкая перегородка. Давайте проверим вмещается ли камера. Оба-на, всё чётко! Внизу такой же толстый поролон, как и с боков и ещё резиновые ножки. Обалденно! Камера защищена! К сумочке, конечно, нужно приспособиться, но главное что камера вмещается и не бултыхается по сумке. Моя камера теперь даже дома в порядке! - A New York Times exposé reveals more than a dozen prominent Washington research groups have received tens of millions of dollars from foreign governments in recent years while pushing United States government officials. Some scholars funded by the think tanks say they faced pressure to reach conclusions friendly to the government financing their work. Nick Scott discusses the world of digital communications, first addressing how "digital" is changing the world of communications and the challenges this presents for think tanks. He then proposes three approaches that think tanks can use to make the most of the digital world. His first approach is "being there" - simply putting information online is not enough, think tanks must reach out and engage their audiences. He suggests four key tools for doing this. Second, Scott discusses the approach think tanks can take in organizing their content and messaging. He also touches on the importance of communication at different stages of the research process. Third, Scott highlights the importance of generating quality content and using specific tools. In response to audience questions, he also touches on issues of risk and cost associated with online communications, training and learning about new tools, and the pros and cons of strategizing versus simply trying out new tools to see what works. This session at the Think Tank Initiative Exchange 2012 explores how a digital strategy can enhance think tank management, research, and communications. The session aims to help think tanks begin thinking of a digital strategy that fits their context, and to determine if and how they should take advantage of various digital tools. In this video, experts from several funding organizations answer the question: "How can think tanks get funding?" The Think Tank Initiative (TTI) helped to strengthen 43 policy research institutions in 20 developing countries over 10 years through a mix of core funding and support for capacity development. By monitoring the impact of this support, TTI has distilled several lessons that funders can learn from in order to put think tanks in low and middle income countries on a path towards organizational sustainability and enable think tanks and funders to develop greater synchronicity in their partnerships. This online round table discussion organised by History & Policy at the Institute of Historical Research brings together experts from both sides of the Atlantic to consider the value of history to policy-makers and think tanks. Taking as its starting point the policy paper ‘Historians and Think Tanks: Lessons from the U.S. Marketplace of Ideas’ it will compare the ways in which think tanks in Europe and the USA draw on historical experience and expertise, and consider the extent to which a knowledge of History really is an asset for policy-makers. The discussion will examine whether and how the knowledge of academic historians could be utilised more effectively by government and consider the potential for greater transatlantic collaboration in this area. Confirmed speakers: James G. McGann is Director of the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program and a Senior Fellow at the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. McGann has served as a consultant and advisor to the World Bank; the United Nations; the Asian Development Bank; the United States Agency for International Development; the Soros, Rockefeller, MacArthur, Hewlett and Gates foundation. Catherine Haddon is the Institute for Government’s principal historian and leads the Institute’s work on changes of government, ministers and the workings of the constitution. She also leads the Institute’s professional development programme for ministers and opposition parties. Calder Walton is Assistant Director of the Belfer Center's Applied History Project at the Harvard Kennedy School. Calder's research is broadly concerned with intelligence history, grand strategy, and international relations. His research has a particular focus on policy-relevant historical lessons for governments and intelligence communities today. Gill Bennett (Senior Associate Fellow of the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI). She was chief historian of the Foreign Office from 1995-2005, and senior editor of its official history of British foreign policy, Documents on British Policy Overseas.)

On April 7th, 2020, over 375 Think Tank executives and scholars from 183 institutes in 75 countries registered for the Global Town Hall on Saving Lives and Livelihoods. Participants were invited to respond to the COVID-19 crisis and the new and unprecedented policy problems our communities and countries will face in the coming months -in addition to the existential challenges it presents to Think Tanks. The second global town hall is designed to serve as a catalyst for evidence based, policy relevant, action oriented policies and proposals to address the policy issues outlined below. The object is to develop a rapid and proactive response to the growing economic, public health and welfare crisis that has engulfed countries around the world. The strategic objective will be to produce (5) short, action oriented, reports within 45 days following the 2nd Global Think Tank Town Hall. These will be conveyed to the T20 Secretariat for inclusion in briefing materials for the G20 and the outcomes will be discussed at a third, and final, Global Think Tank Town Hall.

The Think Tank Elective was introduced at Squadron Officer School in January 2013. The elective was a spin-off of the Critical Analysis assignment, which tasked students to research a strategic level problem (of their choosing) and develop recommendations on how to solve it. The faculty quickly realized that the students were making valid, well thought-out, recommendations to come from the Air Forces' most difficult strategic-level problems. Unfortunately, there was no avenue to get these recommendations in front of the senior level decision makers with the capability to affect the Think Tank. Think Tank is an SOS elective that tasks its participants to look at a current Air Force issue and make recommendations from a CGO perspective on how to solve it. In-residence students interested in participating in the Think Tank Elective are asked to submit a short paper the second day of class. From these essays, participants are picked based on their critical thought in response to the question and their writing ability. The participants are divided into groups, each with a senior mentor (O-6 or Ph.D. with a background in the selected topic) and a faculty advisor. All groups are then given a problem and tasked to research and make recommendations, with the ultimate goal of briefing their findings/recommendation to the AETC/CC.
