The Kodak Value Charger is made for consumers who use many AA and AAA batteries. Digital cameras, music players and other electronic devices go through batteries fast, making rechargeables a good investment. Regenerating dead batteries with the Kodak charger is a simple process. Instructions Insert either two or four batteries into the charger. Ensure that the negative and positive ends of the batteries are positioned with the corresponding markings on the charger. If you are charging only two batteries, place them side by side on either the left or right two terminals of the charger. Plug the charger into the electric outlet to commence charging. An indicator light on the charger will signal when the charge starts. Charging completely dead batteries will take between 10 and 14 hours. Unplug the charger once the indicator light is out. Pull the batteries out of their charging terminals and insert them into the electronic device of your choice for operation. Instructions Insert either two or four batteries into the charger. This film takes a look at the Kodak Rapid Color Processor Model 11 manufactured in 1963. Its release presented a leap forward from the tray processing that home photographers had been using previously for color print processing and it was nearly as fast as black and white print processing. The film opens with the information it will present the procedure for processing color prints with this model which could be done in the same length of time as the film; 7 minutes and 45 seconds (:17). The Kodak Ektacolor Professional paper is pointed to which will be required (:34). The CP-5 one-quart chemical processing kit (:43) contained five solutions with four of them arriving pre-mixed in graduated polyethylene containers (:56). The Kodak Rapid Color Processor model 11 is then shown (:58) and its features are broken down. The stainless-steel drum is pictured as the heart of the processor (1:17) and this holds several gallons of water which maintain the 100-degree developer. A close up is provided of the texturized drum finish (1:27) that rotates while drawing up solution from the tray and maintains the liquid that the paper floats on. The instrument must be level to ensure even upward flow of solution (1:42). The paper remains unscathed as it never contacts the drum (1:51). The man in the demonstration uses a spirit level to check balance prior to staring (2:02). This kit came equipped with a thermometer (2:10) and the running discharge water should be checked to be at 100 degrees (2:13). The drum and tray are rinsed, dried and cleaned before beginning (2:19). A span of the beakers which were to be used follow as well as the demonstration man pouring the developer out last (2:58). Of each of the solutions, approximately four ounces were required (3:05). The timer is set for 7 minutes and 45 seconds (3:15), the motor drive is turned on and the developer is poured into the tray (3:17). The blanket is to be immersed in a full tray of water (3:29) and the bar is to be set with webbing facing upwards. For this film, the room lights are left on, though normally this is where they would be shut off to continue the process (3:40). The exposed print is retrieved from the dark drawer (3:44) while the timer is started. The paper is immersed in the tray with the emulsion side facing down for 25 seconds (3:47) before flipping over and moving the edge up so it covers half of the bar and both are removed together (3:56). These are drained for ten seconds (4:12) and placed over the drum. Developer was to remain for four and a half minutes (4:22). It should be dumped a few seconds prior to the elapsed time (4:25). A thirty second rinse follows the dumping of the developer (4:29) and the stop fixture is added (4:36) and maintained for thirty seconds. This was also to be dumped and rinsed for another thirty seconds (4:41). In real life with room lights out, this is where they would be flicked back on (4:48), at three and a half minutes. An example is provided of when there is not a steady supply of hot water available for rinses. This includes four-quart containers filled with 102-degree temperature water that would serve as each of the four thirty second rinses (5:03). The third solution of bleach is added (5:23), held for one minute, dumped and rinsed again (5:31). The formalin fixer is added for thirty seconds and dumped and rinsed (5:51). The final solution, the stabilizer, is added for thirty seconds, dumped and not rinsed (6:15). At this point the processing is considered complete (6:28). From here, the motor drive is halted, blanket is removed and placed into the tray (6:33) and the print is removed and set aside. The motor is then turned back on with the blanket set over it and it’s entirety is rinsed and dried (6:46). The blanket will then be hung up to dry and the motor is shut off (7:13). The completed print is shown of a child in a football helmet (7:25) and the film then shows a montage of other prints (7:37) as this machine could be used to personal or professional purposes. Цитирам дословно двъзклицанието на оператора, който ме снима в момента при първият му допир с KODAK EasyShare MINI M200 който ще видите в следващите минути. Напълно съм съгласен с него, като бих добавил от себе си още -- с добри технически показатели, ефектен дизайн и повече от достъпна цена. MINI M200 се предлага в няколко цветови варианта, но конкретно този попаднал в ръцете ни е много подходящ за дами. Едно истинско червено бижу, което със своите само 103гр може да се побере във всеки джоб или чанта. Дизайна е изчистен и ефектен, а с радост отчитаме наличието на метал, преобладаващa е висококачествената пластмаса. Нищо не предполага, че говорим за апарат с цена от 152лв. За толкова най-евтино го намерихме в многобройните интернет магазини които го предлагат в момента. За да добиете още по-нагледна представа за габаритите - ширината му е 86 мм, а височината 51 мм, при това дебелината е под 2 сантиметра, а ако трябва да сме точни - 18 мм. По периферията на MINI откриваме три извода -- това са USB, AV и задължителната за техниката на качествено снимане резба за статив. В долната си част, непосредстено до батерията се намира слот за карти памет, съвместим с Secure Digital SDHC. Самият апарат има вградена памет от 32 MB. Независимо, че е съвсем малък, KODAK EasyShare MINI M200 има достатъчно голям и хубав дисплей. Той е с 2.5 инчов диагонал LCD с резолюция 230000 пиксела резолюция. Както и сами се досещате обаче, едно от основните качества, които биха ни накарали да си купим този фотоапарат е неговата оптика. Тя има 3x оптично и 4х цифрово увеличение на картината, което позволява безпроблемно заснемане както на близки планове, така и на широкоъглни снимки. Максималното фокусно разстояние е 87мм, а минималното съответно 29мм.

Consumables used servicing camera bodies: I use naphtha (cigarette lighter fluid) for cleaning metal parts. CRC Heavy Duty Lectra Clean for dried grease that the naphtha won’t dissolve. A generic wax and grease remover to soak mechanical parts prior to cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner. Glass cleaned with normal domestic glass cleaner. Parts are lubricated with Inox MX6 (a synthetic grease), Rocol Dry Molybdenum paste, MicroLubrol Helimax XP helicoid grease, graphite powder, or graphite grease as needed. Leatherettes are glued back with Ados F2 adhesive. Consumables used servicing shutter and lens assemblies: Naphtha (cigarette lighter fluid), or occasionally CRC Heavy Duty Lectraclean. I had too shoot some cutaways on a rainy day, so I made this mini raincoat for our Kodak zi8 camera. Find a suitable sized bag and cut a hole for the lens (just big enough). Use elastic bands or hairbands (longer lasting) to attach the bag. Get some foldable plastic (like the blanks in DVD-R packaging), cut slots for the elastic band and fold it over to make a rain hat for the camera, to keep water out of the lens hole. I used this setup just prior to making this video; the camera was dry, the footage was good, despite big drops splashing right on the DVD raincover. Don't try this underwater though!
