Как правило, сначала ТА-шка трещит "где-то сзади", но печатает. Если ничего не делать, то вскоре машина выйдет на ошибку С2840 и потребует вызвать сервис. Мануал отправляет нас в блок TR-8550 и указывает на двигатель трансферной ленты. Чаще всего проблема банальна - забился шнек блока очистки TR. Вернее выходное отверстие. Шнек перестает вращаться, шестерни издают "душераздирающий" треск. На мой взгляд, это- косяк инженеров Kyocera. Если кто-то из них (с бодуна:) прочитает это описание- пусть идет к своему шефу и получает премию за рацуху. Причем эта неисправность может вообще не появляться, если Вы печатаете в основном тексты: заполняемость маленькая, отходов мало, выходное отверстие успевает справляться с количеством отработки. Но! Если Вы печатаете в основном полноцвет, то мощный поток отработанной хрени коричневого цвета несется к выходному отверстию, упирается в "тупое" окончание трубы шнека, отскакивает обратно и встречается с новой волной потока отработки. Как результат- отверстие забивается и коксуется. И не верьте супер-спецам -супер-официалам, которые говорят, что "если использовать оригинал, то и не будет такого". Будет! И было! Выскрести такой кокс бывает проблематично. Но Вы с упорством Сизифа, с помощью шила, зубоковырялки, отвертки, пылесоса и какой-то матери все вычистили, собрали и запустили. Молодец! Проблема никуда не делась. Через месяц-два - все по новой. Решение - на поверхности. Если бы пластиковая труба корпуса, где расположен шнек заканчивалась не "тупо", а с закруглением в сторону отверстия, то и обратки бы не было. И проблемы. Привет, Джапан!
