How to Adjust HP M604 M605 M606 LaserJet Fuser Temp to Improve Print Quality and Eliminate Smearing M604 M605 M606 Fuser Temperature Adjustment Today we will be reviewing the procedure to adjusting the fuser temperature in the HP m604 m605 m606 Laser Printer Adjusting the fuser temperature is typical performed if the user is experiencing image defects such as toner smearing ghosting etc. Raising the temperature improve print quality. If you print often with specialty paper (i.e. envelopes, cardstock, & labels) you may want to turn up the fuser temperature on your printer. Here is an example of a toner smear on an envelope -- we will fix this defect by turning the temperature up. The concept of turning up the fuser temperature can apply to many HP LaserJets. Fuser temperature settings are generally stored under the "Print Quality" menu. Start by approaching the printer’s control panel. Press The "HOME BUTTON". Scroll down to "ADMINISTRATION" and press "OK". Scroll down to "GENERAL SETTINGS" and press "OK". Scroll down to "PRINT QUALITY" and press "OK". Scroll down to "ADJUST PAPER TYPES" and press "OK". Press "OK" on "PLAIN". Press "OK" on "PRINT MODE". Send a print job to the printer and rub the printed page vigorously. Change the toner mode if the print rubs off the page. You might need to experiment with several different fuser temperature settings until you find the right one for your printer. If turning up the fuser temperature doesn't improve the toner bonding, it's probably time to replace the fuser. We sell both new and refurbished fusers -- see our list of maintenance kits . В этом уроке Вы научитесь заправлять картридж от принтеров HP 35A, 36A, 78A, 85A, и Canon 712, 725, 726, 728 Картриджи у этих производителей примерно одинаковые и различаются немного размерами и рельефом боковых крышек. Первым делом ставим картридж на торец и откручиваем боковую крышку с той стороны где есть шестерня фото барабана. Снимаем боковую крышку и взводим пружинку шторки чтоб при сборке было легко установить всё обратно. Сдвигаем половинки картриджа и он легко разделяется. Вынимаем фотобарабан и откладываем в сторону. После этого протираем ракель и вынимаем вал заряда. Вытрусим остатки тонера из бункера отработки. Не забывайте протереть ракель, он должен быть равным без комочков тонера. Ставим на место вал заряда, желательно перевернуть его другой стораной чтоб износ был равномерным. Протираем сухой чистой тряпкой фотовал (Барабан), устанавливаем на место и откладываем эту часть картриджа в сторону. За тем берём вторую часть картриджа и откручиваем боковину со стороны где нет шестерёнок. Аккуратно снимаем придерживая магнитный вал. Вынимаем магнитник, опять же протираем ракель магнитного вала от налипшего тонера. Берём тонер соответствующий вашему картриджу, встряхиваем банку на случай если он слежался. И засыпаем в отсек для тонера, по ходу операции постукиваем картридж чтоб тонер распространялся равномерно. Также прокручиваем шестерню мешалки. После того как отсек заполнен ставим магнитный вал на место. Прокручиваем и смотрим чтоб слой тонера на магнитнике был ровный. С боковинки снимаем токопропускающий пластиковый контакт и одеваем на магнитник, смотрите внимательней там есть пазы. Затем одеваем боковую половинку и закручиваем шуруп. Ещё раз смотрим чтоб не было полос на магнитнике и протираем сухой тряпочкой от тонера. Соединяем две половинки картриджа и сдвигаем их. Надеваем последнею боковую крышку, защёлкиваем пружинку шторки и закручиваем крепёжный шуруп. Смотрим пружинки половинок чтоб они стояли ровно.
