write to buy corona wire : @ hello friends in this video we are learn step by step how to deep clean or fix faulty charging corona unit, and change corona wire, charging unit uniformly discharge opc drum to next laser printing process, if charging unit not work proper then machine give error code like , #2701 , #2702, 2703, #2704, 2451, 2452, 2453, 2454, 2840, 2841, because if charging unit not work proper then machine use large amount of toner and you can easily see color changing or solid colour on print problem . now we see how to disassemble charging unit to proper clean. First carefully remove this both springs with the help of tweezers, and vary carefully remove this charging grid, remember do not use force to remove charging grid, otherwise its may create dent on charging grid, This corona wire is not split , but black or rusty, that's why machine gives error code. after remove charging grid, remove these both cover, for remove this covers simply pull these steel clips outside, and slide these covers. after removing both cover, remove old corona wire and spring also, for proper cleaning we need to remove these both black plastic part, for open these part, pull up this steel lock and move out side this part, after disassemble charging unit, clean this part, to clean first clean with Tissue paper soaked in petrol, then use Tissue paper soaked in rubbing alcohol . if charging grid has rust, then use 500k or 1000k sandpaper to remove rust, and after removing all rust. rub with paper and rubbing alcohol, if any paper part stuck on charging grid, then use tooth brush to remove it. after clean all part, join this black part back, and this back connector also , now we learn very carefully how to install corona wire. to use in charging unit we want to create this type of loop on both side, from the Straight wire, for one side loop just bend wire and rotate about 5 to 6 time with help of tweezers, and for second loop or knowing, correct length for corona wire, just install corona wire in unit one side and measure length, and after this part to mark in wire just press wire with nails. and at press marked repeat again this process. after this we have wire like this, just cut this extra wire, now we have new corona wire to use in my charging unit. to install this wire first fix on unit one side, and add spring on other side wire end, and use tweezers to fix in other side , also install the cover by sliding in, and very carefully install , charging grid and their spring. hope this video tutorial help you to fix your machine, be safe be happy, if this video help you please don't forget to like video. jai shri krishna

What problems do we face due to a faulty drum unit, after that we learn how to replace the OPC drum and cleaning blades in a drum unit, lets go for problem. basically if we get one repeated color mark or pattern which is continually repeat approx 4 inch gap then this is drum issue, just replace this drum unit with yellow drum unit to cross check, and these is some problem which we get due to faulty drum unit. some time line come in print due to cleaning blade that time need to change only cleaning blade, we suggests always use new cleaning blade with new OPC drum. Now let's first see how to remove a faulty drum unit. Removing the drum unit also seems to be the main one, such as the Change of OPC Drum. Most people who do not have good mechanical skills always make a dent in the transfer belt and drum unit. So please watch the full tutorial without skip-ping carefully. after opening front door open these both screw . and open this toner transfer unit. after that open this fan box. then to open processing unit pull out these iron handle, and pull out processing unit with help of iron handle , after that lose these screw and rotate this transfer belt lock to remove transfer belt, again lose these screw and rotate this transfer belt lock to remove transfer belt. then remove this lock, after that pull up this transfer belt unit iron rod and very carefully separate this transfer unit from processing unit. keep in mind that transfer belt don't touch anywhere. keep the transfer unit in a safe place . this time we have some dent in my magenta drum unit , we can use this in yellow unit. or change with new. but This time we will replace only OPC drum and cleaning blade instead of changing the drum unit. To remove the drum unit, Remember not to use excessive force to remove the drum unit We only need to remove the drum unit in both of these locks, Hold the drum unit with two fingers from both sides and lift it up from the front, First remove from the right side, then remove from the left side, As we can see in the video Now we remove the top plate, By opening both these screws. After removing the top plate. Open these 4 screws and remove the plastic gear. for other side Open these 3 screws only. After removing the screw on both sides, Remove these Bearings from both sides, And remove the old OPC drum. Now open both these screws and remove the old cleaning blade. clean with tissue paper or cloth, Then install new cleaning blades. And apply the original Konica C6000 yellow toner to the new blade. Remember do not use another toner, Because other machine toners have a developer (iron powder). We can only use the original konica C6000 toner. Then install the OPC drum with the protector film, Because we do not want any risk of dent or scratch and install all 7 screws with 2 bearings and 1 gears. And atthe last deflector film from the drum with the rotate, If the drum runs hard, put some yellow toner on the drum. Now hold the drum unit very carefully with 2 fingers. Remember do not touch the drum anywhere. and install drum unit to this way. to check right installation, press drum unit to bottom side. now very carefully install transfer belt. add transfer belt both lock. and close the machine. now machine ready to use. Some tips or tricks. Generally we can purchase 3 types of drums from online and offline stores, drum for dedicated models. Which costs higher . Universal drum. Which is reasonable, And drum cylinders for all commercial laser printers. Which is cheaper than others, if we use Drum cylinder. we will need to extract drum gears from our old OPC drums. To remove the drum gears, simply insert the iron rod inside the drum and hit some time, And use these gear for a new drum cylinder. bizhub 951 c-2701 Machine have prints. Mistake code is 2701 (charging irregularity). Before this I had CQ issues and it dropped c-2702 code once (move lightning anomaly). In the wake of cleaning the machine I got 2701 witch is steady at this point. Most recent multi day's im attempting to sidestep it yet without assistance! I can hear humming sound after machine power up charge crown and I seen crown starting at first end where charge neutralizer light plugs in by eliminating drum cover. I had a go at following: - To reconnect high voltage connectors on HV board. - To clean all hv connectors and environmental factors that lead from HV board to engineer assy and drum assy including connectors and leads that lead to move detachment. - Cleaned designer and drum connectors. Whit liquor. - Attempted to put entire drum assy from another machine yet I got same mistake and crown igniting. - Attempted another C/T crown. - I attempted do eliminate charge crown connectors and leave charge neutralizer light associated and afterward machine is working yet have foundation witch is join photograph tomorrow. - I actually look at the connector on drum however can's see anything are

Professional service guys are still my knight in shining armor though! How to change the developer for cyan, yellow, magenta or black on a Konica Minolta Bizhub PRO C6500. Can be intimidating the first time you do it, but its pretty simple. Obviously if you have a service contract you don't need to do this, but if you are in a situation where you can service your own machine you can save some serious cash by doing this yourself. You can also cause some damage if you do not follow the service manual but it is pretty simple and the more you do on the machines, the more confident you become. It's also very easy to change the drums and coronas too. OEM part numbers for developer are Black: DV610K, A04P600, Cyan: DV610C, A04P900 Magenta: DV610M, A04P800 Yellow: DV610Y, A04P700 Buy a service manual and you can literally do all maintenance items for your machine. All Konica boxes are very similar, you should be able to follow these steps for newer and faster machines like C6000, C7000, C8000, C2060, C2070, C3060, C3070. error code solution konica minolta C500 6500 6501 6000 7000 8000 5500 5501 c1060 hello friend in this video, we talking about OPC drum discharging abnormality error code, Which is 2701, 2702, 2703, and 2704, to help everyone we create this video in english and hindi language, to hindi version skip to mid length in a few minutes we are learning how we get this error code, how we fix this error code, and how we can always be protected from this error code. basically this error code means charging unit unable to discharge or negative charge the full charge O P C drum. normally some time before these error code machine give solid colour print for example yellow, cyan, magenta, black, In some cases if problem in 2 or 3 charging unit mix colour like red, green, come. some time this colour come in full paper and some time come in line form Now we are going to know what is causing this problem or this error code. There are 5 reasons for this error code or problem. heavy humidity weather. moisture in cororna unit. cororna wire rusty, gose black or split. conetivity issue. at the last problem in High voltage unit or Printer control board (PRCB). now lets go for fix this error. FIRST WE understand these ERROR CODE. 2701 MEAN Charging Corona Yellow NOT WORK. 2702 MEAN Charging Corona Magenta NOT WORK. 2703 MEAN Charging Corona Cyan NOT WORK. 2704 MEAN Charging Corona Black NOT WORK. first we have to inter change corona unit. for example, if machine show error code 2703 then we change cyan charging unit to yellow charging unit. and restart machine. if error code change to 2701, its mean, CORONA UNIT PRESENT ON YELLOW THAT IS FAULTY. now we have to proper clean faulty charging unit, and change corona wire, you can see this on video tutorial. video link in i button. and also in description, or just replace with new one. if problem is same 2703 again change with black corona unit, if error code not change with corona unit, its mean we look for corona unit connector, which is placed in process unit back side, proper clean this connector with petrol or rubbing alcohol with help of brush. hope after proper clean error code not show, if problem not solved then you have to must call to service engineer. service engineer will check for all loose connector, high voltage or printer control board (P R C B). thanks for see this video. hope after proper cleaning machine work fine. if you like this video please don't forget to like this video here i am describing about how to solve 2701 2702 2703 2704 error in High voltage unit/1 (HV1)• Charging corona/Y • Printer control board (PRCB) Correction Note • The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel. Также, в этой серии машин в качестве устройства заряда барабана применяется ролик заряда (PCR). В отличие от коротрона, применявшегося в предшествующих моделях, ролик заряда в большей степени подвержен загрязнению так называемыми поверхностными добавками тонера. Эти добавки присутствуют в любом тонере, они необходимы для обеспечения требуемой сыпучести и трибоэлектрического заряда. Частицы поверхностных добавок намного мельче частиц тонера, и даже исправная система очистки барабана не может удалить их с барабана полностью. Именно они составляют большую часть белесого загрязнения роликов заряда. Поэтому в аппаратах упомянутых серий особую роль приобретает использование «химических» тонеров. Как известно, технология химически изготовленных тонеров (CPT) позволяет получать однородные по составу и размерам частицы правильной формы. Это позволяет иметь высокую сыпучесть и необходимые трибоэлектрические свойства со значительно меньшим количеством поверхностных добавок и, соответственно, существенно снижает загрязнение роликов заряда. Цветные тонеры CET CE28 для картриджей Minolta Bizhub C258/C308/C368, в отличие от многих других предложений на рынке, являются химически изготовленными, что обеспечивает низкую степень загрязнения роликов заряда, сравнимую с оригинальными «химическими» тонерами. И, конечно же, наши тонеры имеют все прочие достоинства, присущие CPT: хорошие закрепление, цветопередача и разрешение, высокая равномерность, а также, низкие расход и количество отработки.
