Service guys might disagree, but last time I checked I have two hands and a brain just like them, so you and I can service our own equipment too! Professional service guys are still my knight in shining armor though! How to change the developer for cyan, yellow, magenta or black on a Konica Minolta Bizhub PRO C6500. Can be intimidating the first time you do it, but its pretty simple. Obviously if you have a service contract you don't need to do this, but if you are in a situation where you can service your own machine you can save some serious cash by doing this yourself. You can also cause some damage if you do not follow the service manual but it is pretty simple and the more you do on the machines, the more confident you become. It's also very easy to change the drums and coronas too. OEM part numbers for developer are Black: DV610K, A04P600, Cyan: DV610C, A04P900 Magenta: DV610M, A04P800 Yellow: DV610Y, A04P700 Buy a service manual and you can literally do all maintenance items for your machine. All Konica boxes are very similar, you should be able to follow these steps for newer and faster machines like C6000, C7000, C8000, C2060, C2070, C3060, C3070. Found a dirty corona virus, I mean wire on the C3070 Accuriopress. A few tips of adjusting the knife folder on the Horizon bookletmaker. I remembered that I didn't replace the clutches on my C6500 so I ordered a clutch for paper feeding and for the ADU. I probably should have just bought the 200K PM kit (DC651PM200) and replaced all of the parts supplied in the kit, which includes this roller. Oh well.
