This video shows the process for terminating cable into a Molex PowerCat 6A MOD-Clip DataGate Jack, p/n MMC-00017, using a Multipair tool. The Jack offers superior alien crosstalk suppression, excellent insertion loss, and provides enhanced electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection by utilizing robust die cast zinc alloy connector body housing. It features a unique spring-loaded shutter to protect from dust and contaminants and to eject improperly seated patch cords. It is also dual color coded to allow for 568A/B wiring. This Jack can also be terminated using a 110 Punchdown tool and another video is available to demonstrate this process.
