I used to really love the 35mm (equiv) focal length that I would get when I shot with my original X100. But since I picked up the Fuji X-T1 and the XF 35mm f2, I shoot with that camera and lens combination 80-90% of the time and the 50mm (equiv) focal length has become my favorite. I didn't want to ignore my new X100T that I bought around the same time as I got the X-T1 so I decided to pick up the Fuji TCL-X100 Conversion Lens so I could start getting that 50mm (equiv) focal length, and still have the fun shooting experience with the X100T. In this video I'll share my thoughts on using the TCL with the X100T, and also do a brief comparison against the X-T1 with the 35mm f2 lens. Je scrute depuis leboncoin à la recherche des deux convertisseurs le TCL-X100 et le WCL-X100 de première génération. Lors de l’annonce du Fuji X100f, ils ont annoncé la sortit de nouveau convertisseur avec aucun changement sur la qualité de l’optique, juste une reconnaissance de l’optique automatique. Je ne souhaitais pas non plus dépenser plus de 270 € par convertisseur. Mais, qui n’a jamais oublié de rentrer dans le menu afin de mettre le bon réglage ? Un ami m’envoie dans la semaine une bidouille que l’on peut faire sur les convertisseurs de première génération. J’ai alors testé avec les aimants que j’avais sous la main pour vérifier. Le résultat fut étonnant, j’ai alors décidé de commander de très petits aimants. Pour partager avec vous la mise en oeuvre de la modification à apporter aux convertisseurs afin de les upgrader. Pour ce faire, je me suis mis devant la caméra pour vous expliquer et surtout vous prouver que ça fonctionne. Le coût de l’opération 4,60 € pour 20 aimants néodine de 2X1 mm . Pour le reste, étant bricoleur, j’ai fouillé dans mes affaires pour mettre en oeuvre ce tutoriel, fort instructif. J’ai également trouvé les deux convertisseurs pour 130€ pièce. Vu que les images sont plus parlantes ! Je vous invite à regarder la vidéo et revenir vers moi pour plus de renseignements. I recently upgraded from my Fujifilm X100S to the X100T and went ahead and purchased the two conversion lenses for it. They add versatility with their 28mm and 50mm (equiv.) focal lengths, respectively. I included a few samples to compare the different fields of view with the conversion lenses a few additional samples from a fun day of street photography here in South Korea.

The telephoto effect allows for more subtle expressions, as it is easier to obtain bokeh.
