This time we are going to rebuild DR front fork :) I used AllBalls kit 38-6033 (DR 350/SE '97-'99) and OEM 51121-14D00. One pair of bushing from AllBalls does not fit DR350S. Anyway this set is cheaper than 2xOEM and there are also two securing rings. Fork oil is 10W, you need a little more than 1l. Last time we finally found and bought DR350S for Marta. This bike is actually not running and it spent last years in the garage not used. It looks like it is in nice condition so we decided to buy it and rebuild it! During first try of engine startup we've found out there is no fuel coming out of the carburetor to the engine. This time we are assembling BST33 Carburetor - we changed almost all the parts excluding slider diaphragm only. Also we tested new way of making videos :) PARTS: I used "XU-07362" repair KIT. It contains almost all needed parts. Im not sure, but it looks like you can buy it on aliexpress for ~10$. Just search: "Carburetor Carb Rebuild Repair Kit Repair Accessaries For Suzuki DR350SE 94 95 96 97 98 99 Suzuki GS500E" As far as i remember there was missing only one O-ring (you can see it at 1:00). I'm not 100% sure, but is was 10x0,5. I also bought choke valve at aliexpress, look for: "Yecnecty Motorcycle Carburetor Throttle Valve Assembly Control Switch For Suzuki GS125 EN125 Motorbike Mikuni Carburetor Part" - only 4$ Also i replaced air/fuel screw to easy to adjustment one. Again check aliexpress and look for "CNC Easy Adjustable Fuel Mixture Screw Motorcycle Atv Dirt Bike FCR MX Carbs Carby Motor 4 Stroke Air Carburetor" - only 3$. Brand new Wolfman E-12 Enduro Saddle Bags mounted on my 1996 Suzuki DR350SE. I opted to go without the rear strap that is designed to hook onto the rear fender because it seemed pretty secure when clamped down by the saddle.
