Edited: The fan in the RS1619XS+ is Y.S Tech FD124028EB-P, the RPM is 16000RPM max with a noise level of 51 db and the 3rd wire is F type The Fan in the RX1217 Expansion is Y.S Tech FD128032HB-P, the RPM is 5000 RPM max with a noise level of 53 db and the 3rd wire is F type.
