Вроде и пятилетняя гарантия, и бренд Seagate — достойный, и даже тот самый SSD-буфер сделали на дорогой и быстрой MLC памяти, но подкачала механическая часть (и, возможно, слишком маленький объём буфера). Не в плане надежности, с ней-то, думаю, всё будет хорошо, а в плане производительности. Модель на 500 ГБ оснащена одной пластиной (в этой серии есть ещё модели на 1ТБ и на 2ТБ, и вот в последней пластин точно две), которая крутится не спеша — 5400 об/мин. В итоге, я четыре дня пробаловался с гибридным диском, но никакого заметного ускорения от его SSD-части так и не ощутил, зато медлительность механической части почувствовал. This is a video showing you how to install the Seagate Firecuda 520 NVMe SSD. It's worth noting a few things. This is a PCIe Gen 4 NVMe drive, but it will work with Gen 3. There are also various options for installing that I'll cover in this video. Like most NVMe SSDs, this one does NOT come with M2 screws in the box.
