Despite mainly using a laptop I still use a monitor on my desktop with a dual monitor setup. In this video I take a look at BenQ BL-912 monitor, BenQ say its flicker free and the monitor reduces eye strain due to its bright LED display. Lots of monitors are now wide screen but this monitor 5:4 so it's squarer than widescreen models which while may not be ideal for watching movies I find it much better for working with Office and Visual Studio. В результате ремонта монитора в Макеевке, были заменены микросхема и полевой транзистор. Шим TEA1530t, а полевик stp7nk80zfp. Всё заменено на оригинал, только Шим TEA1530t в продаже доступен только в корпусе smd.Поэтому припаять пришлось проводками!

Most of LCD monitors are prone to having bad capacitors in their power supply after a while. Generally this is caused by low quality capacitors which companies are using in the DC part of the power supplies to save some cents on production, hoping that users will throw away their monitors before this problem happens. In this video I attempted to replace 3 capacitors in BenQ M2801 monitor.

Amazon Germany GW2760HM - (222,00€ as of ) Amazon Germany GW2760HS - (257,27€ as of ) Amazon Germany DVI-HDMI 3m cable - Amazon Germany HDMI 3m cable - In this review I will be comparing both the BenQ GW2760HM display and the BenQ GW2760HS. Both models are based around a VA-based 1920x1080 pixel panel and feature LED backlighting, DVI, HDMI and VGA input, as well as audio in and out. An internal power supply, a VESA mount, a detachable stand and an easy to use onscreen display. The GW2760HM is a great display as it features a very common and sophisticated resolution of 1920x1080 pixel with a diagonal of 27 inches. In comparison to the newer GW2760HS it is a little thicker, taller and has one downside: dimming the brightness of the LED backlight is achieved by turning the backlight on and off at a very fast rate (let's assume around 400Hz). Where as the GW2760HS now features a flicker-free backlight which is dimmed by decreasing the brightness properly without a PWM modulation. Advantages of the new GW2760HS: smoother and more fluid motions across the screen (user interface windows in your personal operating system, for example). The decreased bezel size also helps if you are using more than one of the same display with your computer to create a better experience. A few facts that I found out when comparing both displays: - The GW2760HS has a lower contrast ratio (1402.3:1) at the same brightness (150cd/m²) compared to the GW2760HM (1793.6:1). - The GW2760HS is smaller in physical size while keeping the same display measurements. A smaller stand, less tall and slimmer in all aspects. - The GW2760HS seems to have a better and more evenly lit black screen. My personal opinion: The first time I used the GW2760HM I was impressed with the display's performance at the given price point. I've owned excellent displays from Eizo, Fujitsu and Apple before, so I do have a certain requirement when it comes to display quality. When I got the newer GW2760HS, I was impressed again. My personal favorite is now certainly the GW2760HS as it's going to be much more relaxing for my already rather imperfect eyes and the slim bezel really kicks in visually when you're sitting in front of it.
