We notice the new Raspberry Pi 4 Model B doesn't really like a monitor with 1366x768 (1360x768 is working fine) via HDMI output :( So after going through some forum posts and threads, and also trial and error, these are our solutions. However, these might not be the best solution and it might be resolved with the new release of the driver or Raspbian or NOOBS.
