People talked about it and mentioned things like birfurcation, but they never explained the process to make it work. Unless you want to reinstall Windows a million times, I would not try this for an OS drive or even a RAID drive right now until can finish our troubleshooting with AMD. Our end result, for the time being, is using this ASUS Hyper M.2 Gen 4 Card as a controller card to "hold" four 1TB Intel 665p M.2 NVMe SSD, and use them as individual storage devices. Follow these steps to use the ASUS Hyper M.2 Gen 4 Card as a controller card to see four individual hard drives. #1 - Set VGA Card Detection to No or Disable in the BIOS settings to actually see your monitor upon reboot, because most motherboards are looking for the GPU in the PCIe_1 slot that you just installed your ASUS Hyper M.2 Gen 4 Card in. - Shut down and install card, move GPU to #2 slot. #2 - Restart into BIOS and set the PCIe_1 to 4x4x4x4 in Advanced Settings, DO NOT turn on RAID in BIOS. Save BIOS settings and boot into windows. Your drives should be visible in the Disk Manager where you can then partition them as needed. Setting the PCIe_1 slot to the 4x4x4x4 "allows" windows to see all 4 drives. Read more at

As a follow up to Our last Video where We compared the Performance of the Gigabyte Aorus M.2 x16 to the ASUS Hyper M.2 x16, We're working through Restoring Performance to the ASUS Hyper M.2 x16 PCIe 4.0 . Max identified the problem. Since We moved the Sabrent Rocket M.2 NVMe Drives from one AIC to the other, We were very specific in the sequence of the Drives. What We found was the Drive Sequencing is not sequential on the ASUS Hyper M.2 x16 PCIe 4.0 AIC. The order according to the ASUS documentation is 1-3-4-2. We expected that relevance to be according drive count of whether there's 1 to 3 Drives on the AIC. Apparently that sequence applies to the RAID order as well. Test System: 1.) Le contrôleur Hyper Pro JEYI permet de monter un RAID0 de 4 disques M.2 NVME Gen 4.0 pour augmenter le débit des gros fichiers de plusieurs giga-octets en écriture et de lecture. Pour les Gamers, ça ne sert strictement à rien. Par contre il va prendre la place de la carte graphique au niveau slot PCIE 4.0 x16.1 sur la carte mère ASUS TUF Gaming x570 Plus WiFi. Le slot PCIE 4.0 x16.2 ne prend tout simplement pas en charge le multi M.2 de la carte Hyper Pro M.2. Il faut inter-changer l'emplacement de la carte graphique avec le second slot PCIe 4.0 x16.
