So excited, in fact, that we want to share our first unboxing of the Fanvil X5U (RED) with you! VoIP Supply has everything you need for VoIP! Fanvil X5U (RED) IP Phone Become a Fanvil Reseller today! ALL Fanvil Products Mary Cheney: Hi everybody. I'm Mary Cheney, Marketing Supervisor at VoIP supply. And today I'm going to be unboxing Fanvil's X5U Enterprise IP phone. And this thing is on fire. And by on fire, I mean it's fire red. So let's unbox this. Mary Cheney: Okay, you guys ready for this? Because I'm not joking, it is fire red and it is super cool looking. So here, we've got our quick installation guide. And let's just take this out so you can get a better look at the desk phone itself. And see, it is fire red all the way around. And you can see it has two screens on it. The handset, again, fire red. HD voice on the handset and on the phone itself. Got our stand. Let me put this in here so you can see this. The handset cord, also red. They did a really good job matching the color of the phone and all the cords and everything. And you have your POE cord, which is black. Mary Cheney: All right, now let's plug this in and take a closer look at some of the key features. So again, this phone looks super cool, but it has all the great features that Fanvil always has to offer for their phones. I mentioned this earlier, HD voice on the handset and on the desk phone itself. You have 16 SIP lines, three-way conference, four-line keys. This phone also has built-in Bluetooth for connecting Bluetooth headsets. It supports wifi connectivity via a wifi dongle. It supports an EHS wireless headset. Mary Cheney: And lastly, we'll just go through some of the keys that are pretty common on most phones. You have your speakerphone. This key will toggle back and forth between your keys here. You've got your volume, your mute, your conference call, call forwarding, voicemail, and your headset. Mary Cheney: For those of you who are familiar with Fanvil's XU series of phones, the X5U is actually the exact same phone as the black one, except it's in red. It is used to draw more attention to the actual phone so it doesn't blend in. So if you have emergency-type situations or a customer that needs to be able to point out where a phone is, this phone is really great for that. Mary Cheney: So this is the Fanvil X5U. ALL Fanvil Products Marc: Hi, it's Marc, again, back in the lab at VoIP Supply, and I'm here to talk about Fanvil's newest flagship enterprise IP phone, the X210. It's got three screens. We've been really excited to bring this to you. Let's take a look. Marc: All right, starting off with the X210 by Fanvil, we have three screens, they're color. The main screen is 4.3 inches, and the two smaller screens are 3.5 inches. And you'll notice that there are three pages you can cycle through with these buttons and each one lights up to let you know which one you're on. All of the buttons on the phone are intuitively laid out and well-spaced. It's very easy to dial. This phone supports 20 SIP lines, three-way conference, HD audio, built-in Bluetooth, a WiFi capability with a USB dongle, and supports video , if you're going to call any sort of video device, like an IP camera with SIP capability, you can do that. Marc: When looking at these smaller screens, we have 42 individual LED-lit keys. It gives us a total of 106 DSS keys. Something kind of unique about the Fanvil X210 is its ability to what they call, "hotspot." And what a hotspot is, is allowing multiple Fanvil phones to register as satellite phones using multicast so that the phones can call each other without the use of a phone system, and you can also share calls where a call would go into your main phone and then distribute out to your satellite phones, all using this hotspot feature. Marc: Okay. Getting in with a closer look at the keys and the actual functions of the phone, you can see it has pretty much every feature most SIP phones have, but it's very well laid out, easy to find. We have our basic features, like directory, voicemail, hold transfer, volume, mute, speakerphone. And of course, you have your regular keypad, and you have a directional pad as you'll find on other phones. Marc: And looking at the back of the phone, you can see Fanvil's very pretty logo and this very nice looking stand. The stand's actually reversible, pretty easy to swap out, it changes the angle. We also see our two-gigabit ports. We have a power port if you're not going to be using PoE. Yes, this supports PoE. We also have a headset port, and of course your handset port. On the side, we have our USB port, which is used for call recording, and for that WiFi dongle if you few need WiFi connectivity with your Fanvil X210. Marc: Okay. A few more things with the Fanvil X210, a couple of my favorite features, and some interesting quirks. For one, it supports OpenVPN, which is really great when you don't want the NSA listening to what you're saying. Also, it has a built-in firewall. You can build firewall rules in the phone. I haven't seen that before, so actually pretty cool. And it has really cool built-in troubleshooting tools. You can do a live view of what the phone's doing, which is really great if a user's complaining of any kind of issues, and you need to do a live debug of what's going on on the phone. Das IP-Telefon Fanvil X3S Pro mit Fritzbox 7490*/7590 verbinden. Es gelten im Prinzip 4 Punkte für alle IP-Telefone, die an eine Fritzbox angeschlossen werden sollen. Bedingung ist nur, dass das IP-Telefon das SIP-Protokoll beherrschen muss. Die eigentliche Schwierigkeit liegt darin, dass die Hersteller unterschiedliche Bezeichnungen für die gleichen Leistungsmerkmale benutzen. Der eine spricht von User , der andere von Identname usw. It's Mary Cheney, marketing manager here at VoIP Supply and I'm super excited. Today we're going to be unboxing Fanvil's brand new V67 Smart Android Phone. And it's a video phone. It's super sleek looking. We got a preview of it before Channel Partners. So we finally have the phone in-house here. Let's unbox it and see what it looks like. Mary Cheney: All right. So as mentioned, the bootup sequence on this phone is pretty cool so we're going to let you watch that one more time. I'm just going to quickly unplug this, plug it back in. You're going to see all the cool colors. There are LED lights under here and on the buttons. So check that out. Mary Cheney: This will actually redial your last phone number. You have your mute. This will transfer over to your Bluetooth headset or your wired headset, depending on what you want. This phone has built-in Bluetooth, built-in wifi. Mary Cheney: Everybody wants to know this is Android 9. We actually did not download any more apps on here, but we can kind of go in and see what's already on here. As mentioned, we are connected to the internet so you can do some browsing right from the phone. Mary Cheney: Some other cool features that we wanted to show, you've got your calendar, do not disturb here. You can get your email so that you can get that. Video player. You have a sound recorder here so that if you want to make notes and you want to keep a verbal note, you can do that, which is awesome. Let's go back to the home screen here. Mary Cheney: So let me give the phone a call from my cell phone so you can hear the audio. You can do conferencing, you can transfer, you can put it on hold. And if you want to add images you can do that from here. I'm just going to hang that up. Those are some of the really cool features. Mary Cheney: There are a couple other options that are available that don't come in the box, but they're available to purchase separately, which are the power adapter and the wall stand. Mary Cheney: This has 20 SIP lines and SIP hotspots. It's got HD audio and HD video, 1080P. You can do three-way video conferencing. It has an adjustable touch screen, which ranges from zero to 40 degrees. It has built-in Bluetooth 5.0. It has colorful light effects, which we've shown a couple of times. Up to 10 party audio conferencing. You can do video and audio recording through that really nifty feature. You can multicast. You can action plan. And it has built-in WiFi. Mary Cheney: This phone comes with a seven-inch color touch screen. Four navigation keys, one okay key, one return key, 12 standard phone digit keys, volume control up and down, and one hands-free key. You have your standard RJ9 port, there are two of those. There's a handset port and a headset port. You have the RJ45 ports, you have two of those. You have one network port and one PC bridge to network. You have your USB port. It's a standard USB-A. Mary Cheney: And most importantly, let's talk about the compatibility of the platform. So right now this is certified on Asterisks, BroadSoft, 3CX, Metaswitch, Elastix, Evia, Epygi, Jabra, Yeastar, Poly Headsets, Open Box, PortaOne, Sennheiser, and Redstone.
