The new for 2016 Amicus was a knife that's been on my radar for quite some time. I loved the simple sturdy design as soon as I saw it and I finally pulled the trigger. No doubt about it this knife is a heavyweight workhorse, and one that will get a lot of pocket time. It has a couple issues, but ones I'll probably end up overlooking. Finally got my hands on a Voxnaes design as well! Thanks for watching.

A very popular design for 2016 the Amicus from CRKT was high on my list to buy when it came out. Other than a couple fit and finish issues, this is an awesome design. Kudos to Jesper Voxnaes for providing a knife to the masses that is chocked full of capability. The full flat ground blade, mostly open construction and simple handle design make this a win in my book.
