Классическая боковая планка - это нейтраль (про нее я часто говорю в блоге); работа ноги провоцирует наш центр, дает доп.нагрузку. Итог: стабильное положение туловища при работе нижних конечностей. 2. Подъем ног лежа на полу - более легкое упражнение в отличие от боковой планки. Итог тот же. Так же в нем проще контролировать крестец, а значит и положение поясницы. 3. «Квадратная планка» - и здесь упор на нейтральное положение туловища под нагрузкой. 4. Standing Balance l + Spine Twist: работаем с мобильностью грудной клетки и дыхательным объемом, улучшается осанка и гибкость, восстанавливается баланс ТБС, укрепляются ноги, баланс и координация. Главное не заваливаться на опорную ногу, а «расти вверх через макушку» 5. Выпады с разворотом, рука служит точкой куда направлено внимание. Упражнение развивает концентрацию и работу вестибулярного аппарата, укрепляет ноги 👣

The Fitness Gear Half Rack PRO 500 is the best piece of gym equipment in my garage. Normal price goes for $350 at Dick's Sporting Goods. On discount, it sells for $250, which is what i bought mine for on a black Friday sale in 2014. This review comes after 3 years of usage. I use it for bench press, incline press, squats, curls, lunges, pull ups, shrugs, etc. The spot bars and J-hooks (where you rack your bar) can be placed in 28 different positions. I will admit, the bottom 3 levels are hard to place the attachments into. There is ware and tare on the tape that has numbers due to the bar hitting it from time to time. There is also ware on the rubber padding on the J-hooks. Besides that, i've used it almost everyday and it's been very sturdy. A new 2017 model called the HR 600 is now available. It is very comparable to the HR 500 except for a few new features. The top bar of the HR 600 can be detached and reattached to 28 lower levels that are supported by the adjustable J-Hooks. The pull up bars are also more easily adjusted to closer or wider grips due to the detachable pin on the side. Designed for the home power and olympic lifter, the Fitness Gear Pro Half Rack maximizes training with multiple grip positions 28 levels of adjustability for a customizable workout in the convenience of your home. Heavy-duty steel construction with durable coat finish supports lifetime usage. Extra wide, flanged feet and reinforcement connector plates provide increased stability. Includes spotter arms.
