In this video I review the Triton Mini Tank by Aspire. The Aspire Triton Mini Tank is mainly a mouth to lung atomizer that is a clearomizer, takes pre-made coils and IMO acts as a replacement / update to the Aspire Nautilus Tank. It uses the same coils thought it looks much better and it is by far, more convenient to use. The Triton 2 is an updated version of the original Triton Tank from Aspire that features all kinds of upgrades and improvements. What was great about the original Triton Tank is the revolutionary adjustable air flow and top filling design, which has translated over to the new Triton 2. The Triton 2 is a little smaller than the Triton 1 with a 3 ml capacity instead of a . It’s made from Stainless Steel and a Pyrex tube. It has 2 has two notched fins that act as a heat sink which dissipate heat away from the drip tip. The fins also act as a grip for unscrewing the drip tip system on your new and improved Triton 2 Tank. One great difference with the Triton 2 from the original Triton is that it can now be disassembled for really easy cleaning, but one thing that’s exciting is the new coil options that come with the Triton 2. Just like the Triton 1 we have the same great 0.3 ohm and 0.4 ohm stainless steel coils available as well as 1.8 ohm traditional Kanthal coils, but new for the Triton 2 is the Clapton Coil, rated at 40-45 W, these Clapton coils are 0.5 ohms and made from a Kanthal base wire with a Kanthal wrap providing more surface area compared to standard coil gives the user more vapor and more flavor. All the Triton 2 coils including also the ohm NI200 temperature control coil, are made from organic Japanese cotton wicking material. To change the coils, you just remove the bottom hardware, unscrew your coil and screw in the replacement one. It’s really easy to do. To fill the Triton 2, change your arrow’s position from vaping mode - which has a face exhaling vapor - to fill mode which has a water drop image. To do this you simply twist from the base of the drip tip. Remove the drip tip system, put your juice into the tank like so then just reset the arrow so its pointing at the face exhaling vapor again - which is vaping mode - reattach the drip tip and then you’re good to go. Make sure of course that you prime your coil by letting the juice sit for a few minutes before vaping to ensure your coil will last. So let’s talk a bit more about your COIL OPTIONS with the Triton 2: (RATED AT 45-55W) BLACK GASKET   0.4 OHM (RATED AT 25-30W) BLACK GASKET   1.8 OHM (RATED AT 10-13 W) TRADITIONAL KANTHAL BLUE GASKET   0.5 OHM (RATED AT 40-45 W) CLAPTON COIL YELLOW GASKET   OHM TEMPERATURE CONTROL COIL - RED GASKET There’s also an option RTA kit you can get separately if you’re into building your own coils.
