I absolutely loved this . Not available in book form so I listened on Audible. I will definitely recommend to book friends. Comforting and challenging, it is filled with nuggets of gold. Whilst it can at times feel a little repetitive it is a collection of essays and so is forgiven. I am going to listen to this again and again for sure. When we are not ‘quite right’ we can search for comfort and understanding through the written word . I found this through the spoken words of these essays.
