TESTED IN AN ABANDONED MINE! Olight very kindly sent in their H2R Nova headlamp in neutral white (nw) (also not sponsored) for me to test out. So I've taken this 2300 lumen lamp out on some long hiked overnight. I've been using this headlight on Snowdonia national park, summiting snowdon, traversing the Glyders and wild camping with the H2R Nova and I have to say it's been fantastic. Buy it here: BTW, I MADE THIS INCREDIBLE BIT OF GEAR Check it out! It's by far the brightest headtorch I've used. In this review I'll go over all of the features, specs and pricing as well as the pros, cons, things I liked and disliked. The only things I'd really want to change is the headband, there's no need for the middle strap. Also a red LED light would be fantastic. I would advise you buying a spare battery to take out in the field with you as the cable is short and it takes a while to charge sufficiently for further hiking. This headlamp comes in two colours, cool white (cw) and the already mentioned neutral white (nw) but you can't change between the two. If I were to get my hands on another headlamp from Olight it would have to be the H1R Nova because it's much smaller and lighter, but you do need to buy the charging kit separately.
